Julie has 20 years’ experience within the human resources profession and has worked across varying industries including professional services, construction and mining, energy and health.

Throughout her career Julie has had both generalist HR leadership roles and also led Centres of Excellence. In her current role at Deloitte, Julie leads the Talent Advisory team and is accountable for Talent Analytics, Wellness, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Special Projects, Performance and Remuneration and Talent Systems. She has also been Program Director leading the implementation of SuccessFactors for 7000 employees and Partners as part of Deloitte’s Talent System Transformation.

In Julies previous role with Leighton Contractors (now CPB) she developed and implemented their Systems Strategy and was HR lead on major technology projects across the organisation including decommissioning of legacy payrolls, Oracle HCM implementation as well as lead for the Successful deployment of Oracle Learning Management across organization. Following the success of the Oracle Learning Management system Julie was invited to speak in the US by Oracle about the project and subsequently awarded HR Director of the Year for Asia Pacific for Leadership of an Oracle implementation.

His first assignment in this role involved leading the HCM stream for Salmat's Workday ERP implementation, the first Workday implementation of its kind in the APJ region. David's focus since then has been on building out Salmat's Workday footprint, including the successful implementation of Talent, Advanced Compensation and Recruitment functionality, simplifying and enhancing the People Systems ecosystem and optimising Salmat's return on technology investment.

Laurence’s experience spans multinational corporate and unionised environments. He’s previously held high-profile senior HR positions within the financial services sector including HBOS Australia and Bankwest. During his time with Toyota, he has taken the HR function to a strategic level. Throughout his career, Laurence has overseen the implementation of sophisticated, data driven initiatives which have improved HR decision making and is well versed in building business cases for HR technology. Laurence has an MBA, is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and holds qualifications in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Professional Coaching.
