Isaac advocates the use of people technology and analytics to inspire evidence-based business insights, decisions and actions. As the Director of HR Technology & Analytics at Marriott International, he develops and sustains an ecosystem of people, platforms, processes and partners to fuel Marriott Asia Pacific’s continual growth as the world’s largest hospitality company. Besides implementing strategic HR metrics and visual dashboards, he and his team are always on the lookout for innovative applications of forward-looking analytical methods and technology for their HR and business stakeholders.
Prior to his current role, Isaac enjoyed a stint in Revenue Management and completed several HR assignments in the areas of Talent Management, Learning & Development and Post-Merger Integration. He was also an analyst at Aon Hewitt’s Performance, Rewards and Talent Analytics Center in Asia Pacific.
Isaac graduated summa cum laude from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences. He holds a double major in Psychology and Organizational Behavior & Human Resources.
